Many thanks! You have gone the extra mile, so to speak, making mobility harnesses for the High Plains Service Dog teams who need them. You are the only harness maker I have encountered in this country who understands that the dog and the person are a team and that each harness must truly be made to reflect that fact. You worked with each one of the High Plains Service Dog teams individually to make sure that the fit was just right for their individual and unique needs.

The quality of your Service Dog harnesses is unparalleled in this industry. I strongly suggest any one contemplating getting a rigid mobility harness or any type of Service Dog harness, call you and seriously consider your harness before they make a final decision. Thank you for all the time and attention you put into our teams to properly fit them with the appropriate mobility harnesses.

Also, congratulations on the International Association of Assistance Dog Partners (IAADP) stamp of approval during their yearly convention. You were rightly honored, as one of the highly endorsed makers of quality leather Service Dog Harness and products, for another straight year running. Patches and I are THRILLED with the harness and the BONUS sign holder! We especially loved the "keep your hands off, I am not that kind of dog" one and left that on top. smiles!! I have only had her at two places and have already handed out TWO of the cards you sent -- one for another service dog and one for a guide dog user! These cards may not last long... Can't wait for Carol to see it, and for her to get pictures of Patches for you. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for caring about all the small details for those of us that need the harnesses to work for us and for our precious dogs!

You are more then welcome to use my words on your web site. I can write you an entire letter if you like! There is so much RIGHT about the harness that it would be very easy to do. For instance, the ease of putting it on and off -- the latches are a real God send for those of us that find buckles to be a pain in the ... fingers...(smiles!) And with two quick releases, the harness goes right over the head and zip pee de do da, the whole thing is on! The padding is WONDERFUL! The lightness must be a relief to Patches, as it barely weighs nothing compared to the full leather harness she had before. Yep, we are BOTH happy!
