Texas is beautiful in the Spring. Here are two asses standing in a field of Bluebonnets, the Texas State Flower. They were on the other side of the pasture, saw me taking pictures, and came right up to me. I'm not sure if they just like their picture taken or if they were looking for a treat. (probably a treat).

Thanks to Lady Bird Johnson, Texas has a wide variety of wildflowers in the Spring.
