April 28 , 2007This picture was taken with my cell phone. We've cut and baled the oats and now it's time to pick them up and store them out of the sun and rain. Of course, today, it's 85 degrees outside. |

We have so much hay, we're using the "loafing" shed in the pasture. This shed is closed on three sides to provide shelter for the horses during hot summer days. We still have plenty of shelter for the horses so we're using this rather than ruin the hay. We got 2 helpers for Arnie cause Arnie's not a spring chicken anymore and I don't want to take any chances with him over-doing it. |

Our blog (a web log or sort of online diary) is maintained by chief stall mucker, poop picker-upper and all around slave to the animals,
Norma Epstein.
I write it all myself (no Pulitzer or accolades necessary) and I take all the pictures with a Minolta digital camera.
I take pictures and post to the blog whenever I find something interesting or have something interesting to say (and even sometimes when I don't).
