April 28, 2004Still no baby! We're 9 days late! It's raining, again so Katy will spend the night in the barn so if she goes into labor, she'll be nice and dry and comfortable. She's mischieveous today - she pinned her ears back and reached for my shirt with her teeth but there was a twinkle in her eye when she did it so I know it wasn't a serious act of disrespect. We lost two chicks today. One of our "teenagers" was in a neighbors pasture and his dog got it and a hawk got one of the babies. Norma |
