July 22, 2007Finally the rains have settled down. We've almost dried out although we still have a little mud. It's still raining but just a little bit every day instead of torrential downpours. Dallas has gotten so big and he's still only 6 months old. Friday he scared off a would-be intruder. His bark changed completely when he saw the car pulling onto our property. As soon as Arnie walked out (with his gun) the guy sped away. Somehow, Dallas knew that this guy didn't belong here. Here he is playing with Kitty (it took us a long time to come up with such an unusual name), our rodent control specialist. As you can see, she totally trusts him and he didn't let her down - he never harmed a hair on her. |

I write it all myself (no Pulitzer or accolades necessary) and I take all the pictures with a Minolta digital camera.
I take pictures and post to the blog whenever I find something interesting or have something interesting to say (and even sometimes when I don't).
