June 26, 2007Still more rain! If I didn't know better, I would think it was the Monsoon season here in Texas. Here's Leo just hours after he was bathed and groomed to beautiful perfection. As soon as I let him go, he went directly to the biggest mud puddle he could find and rolled. Although many areas around us experienced major flooding and wind damage, so far we have been lucky and have no damage (except for a lot of mud). This time of year is usually hot as blazes but the rain has kept the temperature in the 90's instead of 100's. We planted Coastal (hay) seed are are hoping it hasn't washed away or rotted from all the water. We'll see.

Our blog (a web log or sort of online diary) is maintained by chief stall mucker, poop picker-upper and all around slave to the animals,
Norma Epstein.
I write it all myself (no Pulitzer or accolades necessary) and I take all the pictures with a Minolta digital camera.
I take pictures and post to the blog whenever I find something interesting or have something interesting to say (and even sometimes when I don't).
