March 20, 2006We ended up with almost 10 inches of rain and the only flooding we had was in the yard, pastures and one stall in the barn. We were very lucky that our house and the rest of the barn stayed dry. We have shelters in the pastures so Ria could have stayed nice and dry under the shelter. Instead, she preferred to roll in the mud. In this picture, Mystyk is in the barn eating her grain and Ria is looking everywhere for her because she hates to be alone. You can see the flooding behind Ria. No rain today and it's predicted to be 75 degrees and freezing tonight. That's Texas' Spring weather

Our blog (a web log or sort of online diary) is maintained by chief stall mucker, poop picker-upper and all around slave to the animals,
Norma Epstein.
I write it all myself (no Pulitzer or accolades necessary) and I take all the pictures with a Minolta digital camera.
I take pictures and post to the blog whenever I find something interesting or have something interesting to say (and even sometimes when I don't).
