deep in the heart of the great state of Texas

May 19, 2005

Leo is missing his mother who is still in Oklahoma. Bedonna of Bedonna's Performance Horses called and said that both horses are bred and in 2 weeks she will use the Ultra Sound to see if they have a fertilized egg and we can take them hom.
Leo is watching Arnie replace a board in the round pen. The board needed to be replaced because Leo ripped it off the pen.

It's very warm today so Arnie tried to cool Leo off with a hose. He didn't want any part of that!

As soon as he got a little water on him, he went straight for the dirt to roll around. Nothing feels as good as a nice coat of dirt.

Our blog (a web log or sort of online diary) is maintained by chief stall mucker, poop picker-upper and all around slave to the animals,
Norma Epstein. I write it all myself (no Pulitzer or accolades necessary) and I take all the pictures with a Minolta digital camera.
I try to take pictures daily and update the site by 5:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time, but it usually gets done sometime later.
