Bailey still hanging in thereHe's holding his own. Can you imagine how painful his injuries must be? Every day his wounds have to be washed and antibiotic cream rubbed into them and awful-tasting antibiotic paste shoved down his throat. It's all to keep him alive until he heals. |

The torn flesh is dying (that's good). The vet will trim off the dead flesh and new skin will eventually grow to cover the damage |

The bandages are going back on his leg to keep it clean. Bailey is still on massive amounts of antibiotics and pain medication. |

On a positive note - we watched Blondie work at the trainer's barn this afternoon. She's doing very well. | |
