November 20, 2005We needed hay so we drove to Howard, Kansas to buy a load from Ron and Jessie Cummings, saddle customers of ours. We have a drought in Texas so the hay is very expensive and poor quality so the road trip was worth the time. |

Here's Jessie Cummings with her new custom Circle E Saddle. Her brands have been laser engraved into the fenders and breast collar and her name is engraved on the back of the seat. The light colored piece behind the saddle horn is a 'bucking roll'. This holds her in when she is breaking colts. Jessie and her husband have a working ranch (as you can see from all the saddles and saddle blankets behind her). The saddle behind her left shoulder is another custom saddle from Circle E and was made for her husband. |

Our blog (a web log or sort of online diary) is maintained by chief stall mucker, poop picker-upper and all around slave to the animals,
Norma Epstein.
I write it all myself (no Pulitzer or accolades necessary) and I take all the pictures with a Minolta digital camera.
I take pictures and post to the blog whenever I find something interesting or have something interesting to say (and even sometimes when I don't).
