A rope border has been tooled around the edge of the skirting as per custsomer request. Another piece of skirting is added to the original skirting to form a front pocket which will add support for the Close Contact-style rigging. |

A leather filler is added under the skirting to balance out the tree bars and, in this case, extends below the skirting. |

Here you can see the rawhide reinforcement for the rigging which will be attached to this piece. |

2 slots are punched in the rawhide/filler piece to complete the close-contact girth rigging. |
