All saddles are hand crafted by Texas Saddle Maker A. Epstein
and are authenticated with his makers' stamp. Because all leather items are hand made, each one is unique and may contain inconsistencies and marks in the leather which are particular to that item only - a true one-of-a-kind work of art.

Custom SaddlesClose-contact saddle. This saddle is based on the Monty Foreman Balanced Ride saddle. Although there are similarities, the seat and tree are different. This saddle has a higher and narrower seat and is more comfortable to ride. Spread rigging and swivel stirrup leathers bring you closer to your horse for better contact. The ground seat is made entirely of leather and is custom fitted for either a man or woman (there IS a difference!). The saddle pictured at left has a basket weave tooling, laced forks and lined with genuine sheepskin. Stirrups shown are oxbows, however, any style stirrup are available. No man-made materials have come within 10 feet of this saddle (except for rivets and screws).

| A very happy customer. This is a sample of a custom saddle made for someone who spends several days at 8 to 10 hours a day in the saddle. The seat has been custom fit for comfort and Grant Stanfil, a field trial judge and participant, says it is the most comfortable saddle he has ever ridden. |
